Jack Norrell is a graduate of Cameron University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree, followed by a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 1996. With a foundation rooted in clinical social work, Jack began his career in an acute care hospital setting before transitioning into specialized clinical roles. These roles have included in-patient psychiatric treatment for adolescents, geriatric psychiatry, inpatient rehabilitation, and legal clinical social work consultation.

Over the past two decades, Jack has significantly contributed to community mental health through both practice and education. For 20 years, he served as an Assistant Clinical Professor with the University of Oklahoma’s Family Medicine Residency Program, teaching behavioral medicine to future healthcare professionals. Jack also dedicated four years of service to the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers, including one year as Board Chair.
